Night Custodial Supervisor

Job Outline:

Jesuit High School is seeking a candidate for a full-time 12-month salaried Night Custodial Supervisor. This position is part of Jesuit’s Facilities Department and reports to the Operations Manager.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise night custodial operations and manage staff schedules
• Ensure nightly cleaning is completed
• Oversee ordering of supplies, tools, and equipment
• Assist with school functions, setups, and tear downs
• Ensure adherence to OSHA, SDS, and all safety procedures
• Occasionally assist with third party vendors
• Responsible for ensuring campus is secured every night
• Assist with minor facility repairs
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communications skills both written and verbal, bilingual skills beneficial
• Strong knowledge and experience with custodial equipment and operations
• Experience with managing custodial teams
• Ability to work weekends as needed
