Job Outline: Jesuit is seeking a Varsity cross country head coach for the 2022-23 school year. This coach will be responsible for all aspects of the Jesuit cross country program, including but not limited to team selection, coaching staff, oversight of Varsity and JV teams, scheduling, media relations, preseason conditioning, and summer camps. This part-time position pays a stipend and does not offer benefits, though additional pay can be earned through summer camps. Jesuit coaches work under the leadership of the school principal and report to the athletic director.

Requirements:

• Proven, experienced cross country coach
• Ability to direct an athletic program consistent with principles of Jesuit education
• Moral character consistent with the mission of Jesuit High School
• Bachelor’s degree
• High school coaching experience, or higher level coaching experience, is preferred
